How I went 'Cellulite Free Forever'

Hi and welcome.

This is a new blog I setup to share my experiences with combating a certain problem that I am sure most women will relate to!

I’ve been following a system to tackle my cellulite that my friend has sworn by for years.

And guess what…it has been working like a charm. While some of my friends have tried various dieting and exercising unsuccessfully, and clearly not enjoying the process (!) I have been making fantastic progress. Of course, now that they know about this program as well, they can see how I beat my cellulite.

This picture is a before and after shot of Nicole Rousseau, who discovered the method to remove cellulite.

So what is this amazing program? It’s appropriately called Cellulite Free Forever. It is such a fast way to getting rid of your cellulite, you’ll be pleasantly surprised with your results. Best of all, you do it without strenuous exercise and without dieting. I was very impressed with my own results. I have tolerated my cellulite for years, wrongly believing there was little or nothing I could do about it. Wrong!

The program was really simple to follow, and uses entirely natural methods. I even went down a pant size in the process, and it works FAST. As in 12-weeks fast. In short, I don’t think there’s a better system out there.

It is quick and fun. But best of all, it plain works!

Needless to say, I’m extremely satisfied with "Cellulite Free Forever", and would recommend it to anyone wishing to get rid of their cellulite.

You can check it out by clicking here

Good Luck!

Sincerely,

Sarah B

Cellulite home remedies that really work

Armed with a little knowledge and the desire to be "dimple" free, there are cellulite home remedies you can use that really work, don't cost the earth, and are easily available.

There are 2 main approaches to consider. You can either approach the cellulite from the "outside", which means you work directly on to the skin, or you can approach it from the "inside", using herbs, diet changes etc.

Some approaches are a merge of both, like combining relevant exercise at the area concerned with appropriate breathing and a meditative state of mind. Think chi kung (qigong).

Most people tend to concentrate on 3 methods, which are changing their diet, taking exercise and rubbing in creams, as a kind of "cellulite busting package." This way uses both of the approaches mentioned above i.e. “inside” and “outside” methods.

Let's briefly look at these 3 methods:

The diet approach tends to focus on reducing foods which are high in saturated fats and trans fatty acids. So the advise is usually to grill foods instead of frying them etc. Other diet changes are to drink plenty of fresh water, avoid sweets and cut out coffees, teas and sodas.

A diet change will certainly help, in most cases at least. However, it is not normally just your diet that causes the cellulite.

The exercise advise is generally directed at reducing the fat at the affected areas. Common examples include walking, jogging, swimming, aerobics, strength training etc. For the backside in particular, they advise squats or lunges.

Lastly, creams, while not able to remove the cellulite, can smooth out your skin and reduce the appearance of cellulite. Naturally some work better than others at this.

Now, you can take those clues and go out and begin your path to being cellulite free, but there are some thoughts I want to share with you which you should consider before you do:

Exercise can actually make the problem worse, because the nature of cellulite is that it sits underneath the skin, which means it is hard(er) to remove than normal "fat." However, the improved circulation that exercise brings does improve the appearance of cellulite. So simply doing exercise is not the answer, though it a roundabout way it can help. I strongly advise you research this further before you implement exercise.

The diet changes help because they reduce the toxins in the body. One major reason this is important is because your liver is one of the biggest factors directly related to cellulite. Seriously, do your research on this. Detoxifying your liver is using the "inside" or "internal" approach, which is generally more effective than external methods.

The creams, while helping to reduce the appearance, do only that - reduce the appearance. So feel free to use them to "conceal" the areas, but be sure to work on the root problem while you do so.

To finish this article, I would just like to say that there are indeed home remedies to combating cellulite, and many using them are succeeding. Do your research, get educated beyond the hype of the latest creams and diet fads, and you will be in a much better position to choose where you go from there.

Home remedies for cellulite

If you have cellulite and want to remove it, listen closely. The "big guys" don't want you to know this, so I will whisper it:

Cellulite is a result or condition of your "insides," your inner-self, your internal make-up. It is not natural, nor something you should tolerate. It's not JUST about your diet, size or lack of exercise, which so many other people focus on. Although those are elements of it, it ultimately is a result of what is happening deep inside you. And yes, you can do something about it.

By the way, if you're not sure exactly what cellulite is, then read the following, taken from wikipedia, to get up to speed:

Cellulite describes a condition that occurs in men and women (although much more common in women) where the skin of the lower limbs, abdomen, and pelvic region becomes dimpled after puberty. Descriptive names for cellulite include orange peel syndrome, cottage cheese skin, the mattress phenomenon, and hail damage.

When you realise that cellulite is an inside issue, which I will talk about in just a sec, then and only then, armed with correct understanding, will you be able to fully remove it. You will be able to do so because you will then work from the inside, where the root of the problem lies, and not on the outside. It's a bit like trying to remove a weed - you chop off what you see above the ground, but still it keeps on coming. You got to tackle the roots, not the branch.

Want to know where the most critical piece of your cellulite problem lies? It's your liver. When your liver is unable to detoxify sufficiently, cellulite is one of the results. It is a condition that occurs when your body is a little slow in eliminating the build up of toxins inside your body. Then the next thing you know, you have unsightly fatty deposits under your skin, which have affectionate nicknames such as "cottage cheese skin" and "orange peel."

So what should you do? For one, don't spend another dime on fancy creams or lotions. Get educated. Knowledge truly will set your cellulite free.

See, the industry wants you to buy their creams and lotions, again and again, for obvious financial gains. And because they have plenty of financial weight behind them, we the public are continually convinced that they do have the answers. Ask yourself though, how many people can honestly say that their cellulite is no more, because of rubbing in the latest creams and lotions they just bought from the local store? At best, they only "work" temporarily.

Understand that there is a natural "method" which has always worked, and will continue to work. What is it? It's nature. It is when your body is healthy and working like it should do. But for some reason or other, your body has hit a few bumps and cellulite is one of the results. The best thing to do therefore is to restore your body's natural healthy state. Then your cellulite will go away as a matter of course.

How you can fully restore your bodily functions is beyond this article. But you can learn and apply specific methods which can help you to detoxify your liver, which in turn will help your cellulite problem. In my next article, I will shed more light on this.

Whatever you do, don't allow yourself to tolerate your cellulite. Get educated, take action, and prove to yourself you can be cellulite free.
